The Holiday Supervisor is responsible for leading the outbound holiday team, driving sales growth, overseeing holiday operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving departmental sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise the outbound holiday team and daily operations.
· Drive holiday sales and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
· Assist in creating, pricing, and promoting holiday packages.
· Handle escalated customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
· Identify new business opportunities and market trends to increase sales.
· Monitor team performance, sales conversion, and productivity.
· Ensure excellent customer service and timely handling of inquiries and bookings.
· Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.
· Train and support team members to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Minimum 5–8 years of experience in outbound holidays, travel sales, or tour operations, including supervisory experience.
· Experience in handling VIP and high-net-worth clients with exceptional attention to detail and service standards.
· Strong knowledge of luxury destinations, premium resorts, cruises, and bespoke travel experiences
· Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
· Proficiency in GDS systems, travel booking platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
· Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead a team effectively.
· Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferably residing inside the United Arab Emirates and available to join immediately.
