We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Holiday Homes Operations Executive
to support daily operations, maintain property standards, and deliver a smooth guest experience across our portfolio.
Role Overview
The Holiday Homes Operations Executive will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of short-term rental properties, coordinating guest services, handling operational tasks, and ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily holiday homes operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest coordination
- Communicate with guests professionally and handle inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance teams, and third-party vendors
- Ensure properties meet cleanliness, quality, and guest-ready standards
- Assist in managing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms
- Monitor booking calendars, occupancy, pricing updates, and guest reviews
- Support compliance with Dubai Tourism/DTCM requirements and documentation
- Maintain operational reports, property records, and service logs
- Conduct regular property inspections and report any maintenance or quality issues
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, hospitality, or property management in Dubai
- Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar platforms
- Familiarity with Dubai holiday homes regulations and DTCM processes is preferred
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
