About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive **Holiday Homes Operations Coordinator** to support the day-to-day operations of our holiday home properties across Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have their own car, a valid UAE driving license, basic maintenance knowledge, and good communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across multiple holiday home units.
- Visit properties as required for inspections and operational support.
- Assist with guest-related requests and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Monitor property readiness for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Purchase and deliver operational supplies when required.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Ensure properties are maintained to company standards.
- Support smooth communication between guests, operations team, and service providers.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
- Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Basic maintenance and handyman skills.
- Familiarity with Dubai roads and locations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in holiday homes, property management, hospitality, or facilities management is an advantage.
