Job Summary

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive **Holiday Homes Administrator** to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational coordination of our holiday homes portfolio.

The ideal candidate will handle bookings, guest coordination, documentation, listings, reporting, and internal follow-up to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations for holiday home units
  • Coordinate bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and guest communication
  • Update and maintain property listings on booking platforms
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, expenses, and guest details
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management
  • Ensure all unit documents, permits, and compliance records are updated
  • Monitor platform calendars, rates, and availability
  • Support invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation with finance
  • Ensure a smooth guest experience from reservation to checkout
  • Follow up on property readiness, cleaning status, and maintenance issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum **2 to 4 years** of experience in administration, hospitality, or holiday homes operations
  • Good knowledge of holiday homes platforms such as **Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or similar**
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in **MS Office**, especially Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UAE holiday homes or property management sector
  • Familiarity with guest handling, reservations, and unit coordination
  • Knowledge of Dubai holiday homes regulatory requirements is an advantage
