About The Role

The HNWI Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-net-worth individuals and corporate VIP clients.

You will represent CharterHire’s luxury travel offerings and grow our premium client base through strategic relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new HNWI and UHNW clients.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, partnerships, and market insights.
  • Present tailored private travel solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery post-acquisition.
  • Track market trends and identify opportunities for growth within luxury travel sectors.
  • Attend industry events, VIP gatherings, and partner activations to expand brand presence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales or business development within luxury travel, private aviation, lifestyle services, or similar sectors.
  • Strong network within HNWI/UHNW communities is a major advantage.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
