About The Role
The HNWI Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-net-worth individuals and corporate VIP clients.
You will represent CharterHire’s luxury travel offerings and grow our premium client base through strategic relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new HNWI and UHNW clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, partnerships, and market insights.
- Present tailored private travel solutions that meet clients' unique requirements.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery post-acquisition.
- Track market trends and identify opportunities for growth within luxury travel sectors.
- Attend industry events, VIP gatherings, and partner activations to expand brand presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales or business development within luxury travel, private aviation, lifestyle services, or similar sectors.
- Strong network within HNWI/UHNW communities is a major advantage.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
