We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong marketing skills and experience in the food and beverage industry.
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services, increasing brand awareness, and supporting sales growth through effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is required
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and branding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Create engaging content for social media, advertisements, and marketing materials
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal departments for marketing activities
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare reports
- Assist in organizing events, product launches, and promotions
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Support sales initiatives to help achieve company targets
• Salary: 5,000 - 9,500 Sr
- *Allowance (Transportation 10% — Housing 25%)
