QA Backend Lead
- Proven experience (8+ years) in Backend / Enterprise Application Testing within BFSI domain.
- Strong experience in testing Core Banking like Ethix and Financial systems including GL, Credit Engine and CRM
- Hands-on experience with Automation Testing
- Strong expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP), API contract validation, and error handling.
- Strong database testing skills with complex SQL queries and data reconciliation.
- Exposure to Jira & Confluence
- Hands-on experience with UFT test script execution and maintenance.
- Strong involvement in SIT and UAT phases including test strategy, execution, defect management, and closure.
- End-to-end testing experience across integrated systems.
- Client interaction experience for requirement clarification and UAT support.
- Experience in leading QA teams and tracking quality metrics.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Outsystem Developer
The OutSystems Developer will design, build, and support low‑code applications for banking use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop OutSystems applications as per functional and technical designs
- Implement UI, business logic, and API integrations
- Work with MuleSoft APIs and backend services
- Fix defects, optimize performance, and support UAT
- Follow coding standards and security best practices
