About This Role
QA Backend Lead :
Proven experience (8+ years) in Backend / Enterprise Application Testing within BFSI domain.
Strong experience in testing Core Banking like Ethix and Financial systems including GL, Credit Engine and CRM
Hands-on experience with Automation Testing
Strong expertise in API testing (REST/SOAP), API contract validation, and error handling.
Strong database testing skills with complex SQL queries and data reconciliation.
Exposure to Jira & Confluence
Hands-on experience with UFT test script execution and maintenance.
Strong involvement in SIT and UAT phases including test strategy, execution, defect management, and closure.
End-to-end testing experience across integrated systems.
Client interaction experience for requirement clarification and UAT support.
Experience in leading QA teams and tracking quality metrics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Outsystem Developer
The OutSystems Developer will design, build, and support low‑code applications for banking use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Develop OutSystems applications as per functional and technical designs
Implement UI, business logic, and API integrations
Work with MuleSoft APIs and backend services
Fix defects, optimize performance, and support UAT
Follow coding standards and security best practices
