Role Description
SMARTICO ONE is seeking Freelance Business Continuity & Crisis Management Consultants for projects in Abu Dhabi.
This is a project-based, remote role, requiring expertise in business continuity planning and crisis management.
The consultant will support clients in developing, auditing, and implementing business continuity and crisis management frameworks, conducting risk assessments, analyzing organizational resilience, and delivering training sessions.
Collaboration with clients and team members to address specific requirements and ensure compliance with international standards will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Continuity Planning, Business Continuity, and Business Resilience
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess risks and identify effective solutions
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients and deliver training sessions
- Experience in implementing and auditing international standards (e.g., ISO 22301, BS 11200, ISO 31000) preferred
- Project management expertise and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field is beneficial
- Certifications in business continuity or crisis management (e.g., CBCP, MBCI) are a plus
- Experience in the Middle East region, particularly Abu Dhabi, is advantageous
