Hiring for Sr Accountant in Dubai

About Us
Black Swan Group is a dynamic and diversified business group operating across multiple sectors including Business Setup Services, Real Estate, Business Center solutions, and Healthcare. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee group company accounts across multiple business entities
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and MIS
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Maintain accurate records in accounting systems (Zoho / ERP)
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls across all entities
Requirements
- Qualification: Inter CA / ACCA Finalist (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of UAE taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax)
- Experience handling multiple companies / group structure
- Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
