Black Swan Group is a dynamic and diversified business group operating across multiple sectors including Business Setup Services, Real Estate, Business Center solutions, and Healthcare.
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Senior Accountant** to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee **group company accounts** across multiple business entities
- Prepare and review **financial statements, reports, and MIS**
- Handle **monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes**
- Ensure compliance with **UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and regulatory requirements**
- Monitor **cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting**
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
- Maintain accurate records in accounting systems (Zoho / ERP)
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls across all entities
Requirements
- **Qualification:** Inter CA / ACCA Finalist (mandatory)
- **Experience:** Minimum **8 years of UAE experience** in accounting
- Strong knowledge of **UAE taxation (VAT & Corporate Tax)**
- Experience handling **multiple companies / group structure**
- Proficiency in **accounting software (Zoho Books preferred)**
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-business environment
