Hiring for Islamic Credit Card
About This Role
Promote and sell Credit Card/personal loan products to prospective and existing customers.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure a seamless sales experience.
* Identify and target potential clients through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct financial assessments to recommend suitable loan products tailored to customer needs.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Stay updated on the latest financial products, services, and market trends.
* Ensure compliance with all banking and regulatory guidelines during the sales process.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal loans sales within the banking sector.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong understanding of personal loan products and related processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve success.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information
* Priority will be given to candidates with relevant experience in banking personal loans sales.
