HIRING EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENTS – BUSINESS BAY, DUBAI
**World One Real Estate LLC** is looking for experienced and driven Real Estate Agents to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai.

• AED 2,000 Monthly Salary*
- 70% Agent - 30% Company Commission Split
- Employment Visa Provided (upon first successful deal)
• Full Marketing & Administrative Support
- Daily Fresh Leads for Sales & Rentals

*The monthly salary of AED 2,000 is subject to achieving a minimum performance target equivalent to AED 4,000 in company approved deals and meeting the company's performance criteria.
Option 2: Commission Only
- 50% Agent - 50% Company Commission Split
• No Monthly Salary
- Employment Visa Provided (upon first successful deal)
• Full Marketing & Administrative Support
- Daily Fresh Leads for Sales & Rentals
Your Responsibilities
- Handle company-provided leads and inquiries
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Manage property listings on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder
- Negotiate offers and successfully close deals
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Update and manage CRM records accurately
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Real Estate Experience in Dubai (Mandatory)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market
- Motivated, confident, and target-driven
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage)
- Must currently be in Dubai or willing to relocate
