Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical wiring and assembly of
• PLC control panels, MCC panels, starter panels, VFD panels, and automation panels
• .
• Read and understand
• electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, GA drawings, and terminal schedules
• .
• Install and wire components such as: MCB, MCCB, contactors, relays, overloads ,SMPS, terminals, isolators, push buttons, indicators
• PLC, HMI, I/O modules, VFDs, sensors, and field devices
• Perform
• panel fabrication support works
• , including drilling, cutting, grinding, gland plate preparation, trunking, DIN rail fixing, and component mounting.
• Carry out proper cable dressing, ferruling, termination, and labeling as per drawing and project standards.
• Assist in starter panel wiring for DOL, Star-Delta, and VFD-based motor control panels.
• Support site installation, cable laying, glanding, termination, loop checking, and troubleshooting.
• Follow safety practices while using hand tools, power tools, grinding machine, drilling machine, and panel fabrication tools.
• Coordinate with engineers/supervisors for panel testing, continuity checking, and modification works.
• Maintain good workmanship, neat wiring, and proper housekeeping in workshop and site areas.

Required Experience

• Minimum
• 2 to 3 years of experience
• in electrical control panel wiring and fabrication.
• Experience in
• PLC panels, starter panels, control panels, and industrial automation panels
• is preferred.
• Should have basic knowledge of control wiring and power wiring.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Ability to read and follow electrical drawings.
• Good hands-on experience in panel wiring and component mounting.
• Knowledge of ferruling, cable dressing, termination, and panel labeling.
• Ability to use tools such as drilling machine, grinder, cutter, crimping tool, multimeter, and hand tools.
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge for control circuits.
• Should be hardworking, disciplined, and able to work at site and workshop.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent practical experience.
• Candidates with strong hands-on experience will also be considered.
