Hiring: Amazon & Noon Marketplace Specialist – Reselling Products

Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Research hot-selling products from other brands on Amazon and Noon.
• Find profitable reselling products with good demand, low competition, and healthy margins.
• Analyze competitors, pricing, reviews, ranking, stock movement, and market trends.
• Handle product listing on Amazon and Noon.
• Manage brand approval and category approval processes.
• Prepare required documents for brand/category approval when needed.
• Manage Amazon Easy Ship orders and delivery operations.
• Manage Amazon Seller Flex operations if available.
• Manage Noon Express products, stock, and order processing.
• Monitor Amazon and Noon account health regularly.
• Fix marketplace issues such as listing suppression, pricing errors, policy warnings, order defects, late shipment issues, and performance notifications.
• Handle Amazon and Noon payouts, payment reports, deductions, and reconciliation.
• Track marketplace fees, commissions, returns, and settlement reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and operations teams.
• Maintain product availability, pricing, stock updates, and order status.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales, payouts, account health, and pending issues.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with **Amazon Seller Central**.
• Strong experience with **Noon Seller Lab / Noon Partners platform**.
• Knowledge of Amazon and Noon reselling business model.
• Ability to research hot-selling products and profitable brands.
• Experience with brand approval and restricted category approval.
• Knowledge of Amazon Easy Ship, Seller Flex, and Noon Express.
• Ability to handle account health issues and marketplace violations.
• Experience with Amazon and Noon payout reconciliation.
• Good understanding of UAE/GCC marketplace operations.
• Ability to work independently and solve marketplace issues quickly.

Preferred Candidate

• Has previous experience managing Amazon and Noon reseller accounts.
• Knows how to find fast-moving products from different brands.
• Can manage listings, approvals, order flow, payouts, and account health.
• Can coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.
• Can improve marketplace performance and reduce operational issues.
• **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in Amazon and Noon marketplace operations
• Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
