Overview
We are looking for a skilled Hair Bleaching & Highlights Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in balayage, highlights, and professional hair care, with the ability to deliver high-quality results while maintaining hair health
Key Responsibilities
- Perform balayage, highlights, and bleaching services
- Assess hair condition and recommend suitable treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and professionalism
- Provide expert advice on hair care and aftercare
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Stay updated with latest hair coloring techniques and trends
Requirements
- Proven experience as a hair colorist or specialist
- Strong skills in balayage and highlights * Knowledge of safe bleaching techniques * Understanding of hair structure and damage control
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous salon experience (2+ years preferred)
- Certification in hairdressing or cosmetology
- Experience with different hair types
- Ability to work in a fast-paced salon nvironmen
