Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a High Ticket Sales Specialist, based in Doha, Qatar, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the schedule.

The High Ticket Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing high-value sales processes, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and closing sales.

The role requires regular communication with potential and existing clients, offering top-notch customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with marketing strategies and report on sales performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in Ticket Sales, including handling high-value transactions
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on creating positive client experiences
  • Effective Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
  • Proven track record of success in Sales, including meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with in-office and remote work flexibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in digital marketing or technology-based sales is a plus
