About PropXshares
PropXshares is a UK property investment company operating from its Dubai headquarters.
We sell physical UK residential property backed by long-term social housing contracts, offering buyers access to income-producing property opportunities through tokenized ownership.
We are now hiring experienced high-ticket sales closers to join our in-house Dubai sales floor.
This is a pure closing role.
You will not be cold calling.
We provide qualified, pre-booked calls from active paid marketing campaigns, and your job is to convert warm opportunities into signed sales.
The Role
As a High-Ticket Sales Closer, you will speak with qualified buyers and investors who have already shown interest in UK property investment.
You will lead the full sales conversation, build trust quickly, handle objections, explain the opportunity clearly, and guide prospects through to completion.
This role is best suited to proven closers who are confident selling high-value products, comfortable working in a performance-led environment, and motivated by uncapped commission.
What You’ll Be Selling
You will sell UK residential property opportunities owned by the developer, with each property backed by a 40-year social housing contract.
The product is asset-backed, income-producing, and designed to appeal to buyers looking for exposure to UK property without necessarily purchasing an entire unit.
Properties are tokenized, meaning buyers can purchase fractional digital shares representing ownership in the underlying property asset.
This creates a lower entry point for buyers while still giving them exposure to rental income and potential capital growth.
Deal sizes can range from individual fractional buyers through to investors purchasing larger allocations or entire blocks.
Responsibilities
- Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Taking scheduled, pre-qualified sales calls from warm inbound leads
- Running full high-ticket closing conversations from first call to signed agreement
- Explaining the UK property investment model, tokenized ownership structure, and social housing contract benefits
- Building trust with buyers and investors quickly and professionally
- Handling objections and guiding prospects toward a clear buying decision
- Selling across a range of deal sizes, from individual buyers to larger investor allocations
- Following up with warm prospects and progressing opportunities through the pipeline
- Maintaining accurate sales notes, pipeline updates, and deal status
- Working onsite with the Dubai sales team to hit and exceed targets
- Representing the developer directly and professionally at all times

Requirements
- We are looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales
- A strong track record of closing deals by phone, video call, or in person
- Experience in property, investment sales, financial products, or another comparable high-value sector
- Confidence leading consultative sales conversations
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
- A self-driven, target-focused mindset
- Comfort working on a commission-only compensation model
- Ability to work full-time from our Dubai office
- Professional communication skills and strong personal presentation
- Willingness to learn the product deeply and represent it accurately
Compensation
- This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential.
- Commission: 7.5% of capital raised
- Example: £7,500 commission per £100,000 raised
- Current closer billings: £20,000–£300,000 per month
- Additional top-earner bonuses available
- On-site training included
- Earnings are performance-led and depend on your ability to close qualified opportunities.
Location
This is a full-time, office-based role at our Dubai headquarters.
Candidates must already be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
Ideal Candidate
You are a confident, ambitious closer who wants warm leads, a strong product, high-ticket deal sizes, and an environment where performance is directly rewarded.
You do not need hand-holding, you are comfortable taking ownership of your pipeline, and you are motivated by commission, targets, and high earning potential.
