Role Description
Filo is seeking a dedicated High School English Teacher for a part-time, remote role.
The teacher will deliver engaging and effective virtual lessons, assist students with understanding English language concepts, create lesson plans, provide constructive feedback, and tailor teaching approaches to meet individual student needs.
Additional responsibilities include regular communication with students, fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment, and ensuring academic success.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in English Teaching and overall Teaching abilities
- Experience in Lesson Planning and preparing engaging, effective learning materials
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience in virtual teaching or e-learning platforms is a plus
