ENVIGORATI LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Home Aide (HHHA) to join our growing team in Campbell, CA. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their home environment
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
- Support clients with light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
- Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervising staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as directed by the care plan
- Accurately document care provided and maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
- Requirements:
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Prior experience in home care, personal care, or a related healthcare setting
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license to travel to client homes in Campbell, CA area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass a background check and meet state compliance requirements
