Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Helpers role based in Dubai.
The Helper will support daily operations by assisting with loading and unloading materials, organizing work areas, and handling basic manual tasks as directed by supervisors.
Responsibilities
may include moving goods, setting up equipment, cleaning and maintaining workspaces, and following safety and workplace procedures.
The role involves collaborating with team members, responding to instructions promptly, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
The Helper is expected to maintain a professional attitude, be punctual, and adapt to different tasks as operational needs change.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform basic manual labor tasks safely, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to follow instructions and coordinate with supervisors and colleagues.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to organize tools, materials, and work areas effectively.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow company policies and guidelines.
- Prior experience in a similar helper, labor, or support role in construction, warehousing, facilities, or related fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to different shifts or schedules as needed.
- Ability to understand and follow basic written and verbal instructions; knowledge of English and/or local languages is beneficial.
