- **Passenger Assistance:** Collecting fares, providing information on routes, and helping passengers load/unload.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- **Licensing:** A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with proper endorsements (e.g., passenger endorsements, air brakes) is usually required.
- **Driving Record:** A clean, safe driving record is crucial.
- **Physical Requirements:** Ability to sit for long periods, pass drug screenings, and sometimes lift luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- **Customer Service:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage passenger behavior and provide assistance.
