Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and exceed assigned fleet sales targets (volume, revenue, and margins) within the region
• Build, develop, and manage a strong portfolio of key fleet clients
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
• Lead tenders, RFQs, and contract negotiations with corporate and government clients
• Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and contract terms in coordination with internal teams
• Maintain a strong and transparent sales pipeline and forecasts
• Collaborate with aftersales, finance, logistics, and credit teams to ensure seamless operations
• Promote and close deals through fleet solutions, financing, and trade-in programs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and commercial standards
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across transport, construction, and logistics sectors
• Contribute to expanding and protecting market share in the heavy truck fleet segment

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in fleet sales / heavy automotive industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Ability to manage high-value deals and long sales cycles
• Strong market knowledge within KSA is a plus
