One of our leading clients in the heavy automotive industry is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Fleet Executive to join their team in Jeddah .

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and exceed assigned fleet sales targets (volume, revenue, and margins) within the region
- Build, develop, and manage a strong portfolio of key fleet clients
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through active prospecting and networking
- Lead tenders, RFQs, and contract negotiations with corporate and government clients
- Prepare accurate quotations, pricing, and contract terms in coordination with internal teams
- Maintain a strong and transparent sales pipeline and forecasts
- Collaborate with aftersales, finance, logistics, and credit teams to ensure seamless operations
- Promote and close deals through fleet solutions, financing, and trade-in programs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and commercial standards
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across transport, construction, and logistics sectors
- Contribute to expanding and protecting market share in the heavy truck fleet segment
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven experience in fleet sales / heavy automotive industry
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to manage high-value deals and long sales cycles
- Strong market knowledge within KSA is a plus
