Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive HVAC Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of HVAC teams and ensure the efficient execution of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, coordinating project activities, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The role requires strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water projects, preventive maintenance planning, and team leadership within the UAE facilities management sector.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily HVAC operations, maintenance, and installation activities.
Lead and coordinate HVAC technicians to ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee chilled water system projects and related HVAC works.
Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and SOPs.
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues and provide effective technical solutions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
Review HVAC drawings, technical specifications, and project requirements.
Ensure all works are completed according to quality standards and project deadlines.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and progress updates.
Coordinate with MEP teams and civil works contractors for seamless project execution.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of HVAC supervisory experience.
Proven experience in chilled water system projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
Excellent English communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Familiarity with MEP systems and civil work coordination.
Sound understanding of HVAC preventive maintenance programs and SOPs.
Ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines.
Good knowledge of UAE health and safety regulations related to HVAC operations.
Diploma or Certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Mandatory).
Previous experience in the Facilities Management sector within the UAE will be an added advantage.
