Role Description
The Healthy Meal Prep Chef will be responsible for planning, preparing, and packaging balanced, portion-controlled meals that align with client-specific nutrition goals and dietary needs.
Day-to-day tasks include developing weekly menus, sourcing high-quality ingredients, maintaining strict food safety and hygiene standards, and ensuring meals are prepared on schedule for delivery or pickup.
The chef will collaborate with the team to refine recipes for taste, variety, and nutritional value, and adjust meal plans based on feedback or updated client objectives.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, requiring consistent presence in the kitchen and close coordination with operations to meet production timelines.
Qualifications
- Culinary skills in healthy cooking, meal prep, and portioning, with the ability to create diverse, nutrient-dense menus.
- Knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary restrictions, and macronutrient balance, especially for weight loss, muscle gain, and general wellness.
- Strong food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization practices, including proper storage, labeling, and cleanliness.
- Menu planning and time management skills to handle high-volume meal prep and meet daily and weekly production schedules.
- Clear communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with kitchen staff and management, and respond to client feedback.
- Prior experience as a chef, cook, or meal prep specialist, preferably in health-focused or diet-specific environments.
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai with flexibility for peak hours, weekends, or holiday demands as needed.
- Relevant culinary training, certification in food safety, or a diploma
