Almediqa is a rapidly growing international healthcare recruitment and staffing company specializing in connecting highly qualified doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals with leading healthcare providers across Sweden, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and the wider GCC region.
As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for ambitious, driven, and results-oriented Healthcare Recruitment & Business Development Specialists who are passionate about healthcare and eager to build a successful international career.
This is a full-time position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with significant opportunities for professional growth, international exposure, and attractive performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified healthcare professionals, including specialist physicians and nurses.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare candidates and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment activities.
- Support business development initiatives across the GCC healthcare sector.
- Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate journeys from initial contact through placement.
- Achieve and exceed individual recruitment and sales targets.
- Represent Almediqa professionally in meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, sales, or business development.
- Previous experience within healthcare, medical recruitment, life sciences, or healthcare services is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales or recruitment targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Experience communicating with physicians, healthcare executives, or medical professionals is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized.
- Fluent English required; additional languages such as Arabic, Swedish, French, or other European languages are considered a strong advantage.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
