Role Overview
We are seeking a **Healthcare Marketing Manager** to lead marketing strategies, enhance brand visibility, and build strong connections with healthcare professionals and patients.
This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- **Brand Management**: Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- **Digital Marketing**: Oversee online campaigns, social media presence, and digital engagement.
- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, patient needs, and competitor activities.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- **Event Management**: Organize conferences, workshops, and promotional events.
- **Performance Tracking**: Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of **healthcare marketing regulations** and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage campaigns in multicultural environments, ideally within the GCC region.
