As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Healthcare Legal Consultant to provide expert guidance on legal and regulatory matters in the healthcare sector.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Healthcare Legal Consultant to advise on healthcare law, compliance, and risk management. This role requires expertise in Qatari healthcare regulations, international medical standards, and the ability to deliver practical solutions to complex legal challenges. You will be responsible for ensuring that Attadawe LLC and its clients operate within legal frameworks while supporting innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations, compliance, and licensing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with hospitals, clinics, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatari healthcare laws and international standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, ISO).
  • Advise on intellectual property, product liability, and patient rights issues.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities and certification bodies.
  • Monitor changes in healthcare legislation and provide timely updates to management.
  • Support risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
  • Prepare reports and provide legal insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
  • Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction.
  • 7–10 years of experience in healthcare law, compliance, or corporate legal advisory.
  • Strong knowledge of Qatari healthcare regulations and international medical standards.
  • Proven track record of managing complex legal and compliance matters successfully.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, healthcare-driven environment.

Pay: Up to QAR37,000.00 per month
