Core Duties/Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound documentation via fax, electronic upload, or other methods.
- Accurately enter data into proprietary systems and patient files.
- Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with program requirements.
- Route documents to the appropriate department, program, or team member.
- Maintain KPI expectations for timeliness, accuracy, and quality assurance.
- Monitor and respond to incoming requests and inquiries through multiple systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve document discrepancies or incomplete submissions.
- Abide by HIPAA guidelines to ensure confidentiality of PHI.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in toggling between systems and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- High level of accountability for adherence to policies and procedures.
Education, Certifications and Experienc e
High school diploma required; Associate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
Experience in healthcare administration, document management, or data entry preferred.
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
Physical Requirements
- As a remote-forward organization, this position operates in a virtual professional office environment and teleworking from the employee’s home address listed in their employment file.

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 - 17.00, based on experience and qualifications, with the final offer reflecting skills and other job-related factors.
