About This Role

Strategic Objective
Ekai Neuropsicologia LLC is inviting applications for a Healthcare Data Analyst to join our specialized clinical team in Al Wakrah. In this role, you will be responsible for the sophisticated analysis of patient outcomes, clinical trial data, and operational efficiency metrics. Your work will directly support our neuropsychologists in providing evidence-based care by turning complex clinical datasets into clear, actionable health insights.

Core Responsibilities

• Clinical Data Integrity: Oversee the collection and validation of patient assessment data within our secure health information systems.
• Outcome Modeling: Develop predictive models to track patient progress and treatment efficacy across various neuropsychological protocols.
• Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all data handling and reporting strictly adhere to Qatar’s healthcare privacy standards and international clinical guidelines.
• Executive Briefings: Prepare detailed statistical reports and visualizations for the clinical director to assist in resource allocation and facility growth.

Required Credentials

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, specifically within a healthcare or clinical research environment.
• Strong proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, R, or Python) and health database management.
• A meticulous approach to data accuracy and a deep understanding of medical ethics regarding data privacy.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic is considered a significant asset.

Employment Package

• Monthly Salary: QAR 29,000.
