Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

• Deliver compassionate, person-centred care in line with care plans
• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities
• Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Build trusting relationships with clients and families
• Follow all health & safety regulations and company policies Role-Specific Responsibilities Personal care and daily living support PEG medication, suctioning, and manual handling Mobility and repositioning Monitoring and reporting health changes Emotional support and companionship What We’re Looking For ✔ At least 6 months of care experience in the UK ✔ Experience working with children or individuals with complex needs (desirable, not essential) ✔ A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach ✔ Strong verbal and written English skills ✔ Ability to work both independently and within a team ✔ Basic IT skills for completing documentation ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) ✔ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred) Ready to Make a Meaningful Difference?
