Role Overview

Key Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
• Experience in investigating and assessing medical conditions such as chest pain, fever, abdominal pain, etc.
• Good understanding of disease diagnosis and clinical symptoms.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients.
• Comfortable handling patient queries and concerns over the phone.
• Ability to assess information, understand symptoms and provide appropriate guidance/escalation.
• Strong clinical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Good Arabic and English communication skills would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient calls and health-related queries.
• Understand and assess patients' reported symptoms.
• Gather relevant medical information and identify potential concerns.
• Support appropriate triage, guidance and escalation based on the patient's condition.
• Communicate medical information clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and queries.
• Coordinate with relevant healthcare teams when further medical attention is required.
