Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and Abu Dhabi regulatory frameworks including:
• ADOSH requirements
• TAMM compliance processes
• Qudorat standards
• Relevant transport authority and municipality regulations
• Lead risk assessments, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor operational safety performance across transport depots, fleet operations, workshops, and administrative facilities.
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and external auditors as required.
• Ensure all licenses, permits, approvals, and regulatory submissions are maintained on time.
• Develop and deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, emergency response drills, and awareness programs.
• Establish KPI dashboards and prepare HSE reports for senior management.
• Drive behavioral safety initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Oversee contractor HSE performance and compliance.
• Ensure emergency preparedness and business continuity plans are tested and updated.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• Professional HSE certifications such as:
• NEBOSH IGC
• IOSH
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 preferred)

Experience Requirements

• **5–7 years of HSE experience in the UAE**
• **Minimum 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role**
• **Prior experience in public transport, fleet operations, logistics, infrastructure, or large-scale mobility operations**
• **Abu Dhabi experience will be highly preferred**

• ADOSH SF framework
• TAMM systems and compliance submissions
• Qudorat requirements
• UAE labor and safety regulations
• Familiarity with international standards and best practices including:
• ISO 45001
• ISO 14001
• Risk management frameworks
• Incident command and emergency response systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management/reporting systems
