Main Purpose
Conduct day-to-day workplace assessments, inspections, and monitoring of HSE aspects in line with the project HSE action plan.
Report deviations to senior management and assist with HSE documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist senior and lead personnel in following up on project HSE requirements, regulations, legislation, and client requirements.
- Monitor construction activities and inspect facilities against the project HSE inspection and testing plan.
- Follow up on site-function actions and services in accordance with MSRA, PTW, lifting plans, and corrective action plans.
- Follow up with subcontractors on walk-down results, meeting actions, and performance-review action plans.
- Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, and accidents in the assigned area.
- Stop unsafe or nonconforming work that violates the project HSE plan, company procedures, or HSE standards.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- OSHA General and Construction.
- Risk assessment knowledge.
- Accident reporting and investigation knowledge.
- Fire safety and first aid knowledge.
- Good English language skills and Microsoft Office skills.
- More than two years of HSE experience.
Preferred Requirement
- NIOSH Occupational Health and Safety Specialist is preferred.

- Follow and maintain Company quality standards in accordance with the Company Quality System requirements.
