Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Coordinator located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The HSE Coordinator will oversee the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring workplace compliance with local regulations.
Daily responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, preparing and delivering safety training, monitoring occupational health standards, and managing HSE documentation.
The role also involves coordinating with project teams to identify, mitigate, and prevent workplace safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety, Workplace Safety, and Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
- Knowledge of Occupational Health principles and practices
- Experience in designing and delivering effective Safety Training programs
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance within the UAE
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Health, Safety, or Environmental Management, or a related field
- Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor or NEBOSH are highly desirable
- Experience in construction projects or prior work in the UAE is a plus
