We're running a paid study on the evolving landscape of Pharmacy Benefit Manager contracting. Your input will help identify key trends in benefit management and payer priorities.

You will complete a 25-minute remote survey covering your organization's approach to pharmacy benefits. The questions will walk through your vendor selection criteria, contract negotiation priorities, and ongoing performance management. You will evaluate different strategic scenarios and rank the factors most important to your decision-making process. The format is entirely asynchronous and can be completed at your convenience.

We are looking for senior leaders and decision-makers at health plans or payer organizations. You should have direct involvement in evaluating, selecting, or managing PBM contracts for your organization. We welcome pharmacy directors, contracting executives, network managers, and similar benefit strategy roles.
