Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Individual and SME health insurance products on the digital health platform
- Set up plan structures, benefits, pricing logic, eligibility rules, and underwriting parameters
- Perform validation checks on rates, calculations, and plan configurations before go-live
- Support brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders with portal updates, queries, and issue resolution
- Manage ongoing updates including pricing revisions, benefit changes, and plan additions
- Coordinate with the technology team to communicate business and operational requirements
- Assist in testing new features, fixes, and enhancements on health insurance portals
- Support UAT activities and ensure smooth operational platform usage
- Use Excel extensively for premium calculations, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting
- Maintain operational data and support reporting related to health insurance products and platform usage
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in health insurance operations within broker, insurer, TPA, or insurtech environment
- Exposure to Individual and/or SME health insurance products is essential
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent Excel knowledge
- Good understanding of health insurance benefits, pricing concepts, and operational workflows
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to coordinate with technology teams and translate business requirements clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on digital platforms
- Prior experience working on insurance portals or core systems is an advantage
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced insurtech environment
