Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health and lifestyle assessments through calls, surveys, or consultations
- Collect and review medical, nutritional, and wellness-related information
- Record and maintain accurate health assessment documentation
- Provide basic health, nutrition, and wellness guidance as per protocols
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, insurers, or wellness teams
- Support preventive healthcare and wellness programs
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare policies
- Prepare reports and maintain assessment records
Requirements
- Any Graduate (Science / Nutrition background preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, customer service, or assessments
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may apply
- Good understanding of health, nutrition, and wellness concepts
