***(Important Note: This position is NOT a Physical Education (PE) teaching role.)***
Role Description
The Swimming Head Coach (Male & Female) is a full-time, on-site role, based in Sharjah.
The coach will be responsible for developing and leading swim training programs for athletes of varying skill levels, conducting swim lessons, managing practice sessions, and ensuring participant safety through proper lifeguarding and supervision.
Daily responsibilities include creating training plans, monitoring athlete progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a safe and motivating environment to enhance performance and skill development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in coaching in the UAE
- UAE driving licence is mandatory
- Certifications in Swimming coaching, lifeguarding, and first aid aremust.
- Should have the ability to design comprehensive training programs for age groups.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage athletes effectively.
- A passion for sports and a commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and competitive environment.
