We are looking for a talented and passionate Sushi Chef to join our team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes to a high standard.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency at all times.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Manage stock levels and communicate ingredient requirements.
- Assist with menu development and new sushi creations.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods while maintaining quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years' experience as a Sushi Chef.
- Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in Chinese/Japanese restaurants is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
