We believe corporate training should drive measurable results, not just attendance. We are looking for a Head of Training Operations who will take full ownership of our training delivery strategy and operational excellence across Saudi Arabia.

This is a leadership role where you will oversee large scale training programs, manage high performing teams, and ensure consistent, high quality delivery for corporate clients. You will play a key role in shaping how training is executed at scale while improving efficiency and learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Training Operations Leadership

• Oversee daily training operations across multiple programs and locations
• Ensure consistent delivery standards and high quality learning experiences
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and trainer allocation

Team Management and Development

• Lead and mentor training managers, coordinators, and facilitators
• Conduct performance reviews and support team development
• Build a strong, accountable, and high performing operations team

Process Optimization

• Improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
• Implement systems and tools to streamline training delivery
• Monitor KPIs and continuously improve performance metrics

Client and Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with corporate clients to understand training needs
• Ensure client satisfaction and long term partnerships
• Present operational updates and performance insights to leadership

Quality Assurance and Compliance

• Maintain training standards aligned with company and client expectations
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements

What We Are Looking For

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in training operations, learning and development, or corporate training
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role

Leadership Skills

• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills

Operational Expertise

• Experience managing training delivery at scale
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and training systems

Communication Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Ability to work with senior executives and corporate clients

Language Skills

• English fluent required
• Arabic is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼32,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month
