The company is seeking a senior and dynamic leader to lead the training function of the Cabin Safety & Services department (Cabin Crew).
This is position is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
The company will provide support related to visa application, long with free and furnished accommodation in Dhaka and pick and drop service to/from the office.
Job Purpose And Organizational Context
Cabin Safety & Services Training team is responsible for the strategic design, execution, and regulatory compliance of all initial, recurrent, and specialized training programs for US-Bangla Airlines' cabin crew.
This role ensures that all flight attendants meet the highest standards of passenger safety, emergency preparedness, and premium service delivery in strict accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB) regulations and IATA standards.
Regulatory Compliance & Safety Training
- Update, and maintain the Cabin Crew Training Manual in alignment with CAAB requirements and international best practices.
- Oversee all Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP) training, including aircraft evacuations, ditching, firefighting, and first aid/aviation medicine.
- Ensure 100% compliance tracking for annual recurrent training and license renewals to avoid operational disruptions.
Service Quality & Brand Standards
- Design and execute comprehensive hospitality and service delivery training programs that reflect the warmth and professionalism of US-Bangla Airlines.
- Integrate regional and international service protocols across the fleet, focusing on expanding medium-haul and wide-body operations (e.g., Airbus A330 / Boeing 737 platforms).
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboard catering, premium class services, and conflict resolution/passenger handling.
Instructional Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Cabin Crew Instructors and Line Evaluators, ensuring instructional methods remain modern and engaging.
- Manage the utilization of training assets, including mockups, door trainers, and digital learning management systems (LMS).
- Conduct regular line checks and audits of training effectiveness on active flights to ensure classroom principles translate to cabin floor reality.

Functional Competencies
- Proficiency in modern training technologies, including interactive e-learning and performance tracking databases.
- Demonstrable knowledge of CAAB airworthiness directives, ANOs (Air Navigation Orders), and ICAO/IATA regulations.
- Demonstrable knowledge of quality and standards of Cabin Services of at least two full-service airlines across the Asia (or beyond).
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bengali, with the ability to clearly articulate technical safety protocols to large groups.
Recruitment Requirement
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of a diploma/professional certification in Aviation Manager or similar discipline.
- Minimum of 10 – 16 years of progressive experience within an international or leading regional airline's cabin crew department, with at least 5 years in the training team.
- Must hold, or have previously held, a Cabin Crew Instructor rating.
