Overview

Build the Future of Real Estate with Valtis Properties

Valtis Properties is a next-generation real estate brokerage launching in Dubai with a long-term vision to become one of the region's leading real estate companies.

We are looking for a highly motivated Founding Real Estate Manager to help build our company from the ground up.

This is not a traditional management role.

You will be responsible for building and leading the sales team, establishing operational standards, managing daily activities, ensuring exceptional client service, and working directly with the founders to shape the future of Valtis.

Key Responsibilitiesteam Leadership

  • Recruit and build a high-performing sales team.
  • Lead the onboarding and training of new consultants.
  • Conduct weekly planning meetings and weekend performance review meetings.
  • Coach and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets.

Sales & Lead Management

  • Monitor and manage all incoming leads.
  • Ensure every lead is followed up promptly.
  • Track customer journeys from first contact to closing.
  • Monitor consultant performance and conversion rates.
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date.

Business Operations

  • Oversee the daily operations of the company.
  • Coordinate with major Dubai developers regarding projects, inventory, launches, and sales processes.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and recommend operational improvements.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management, consultants, and external partners.

Client Experience

  • Ensure every client receives a premium experience.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry.
  • Previous experience managing a real estate sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Proven experience working with developers.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Fluent Turkish is mandatory.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
