About the Role
We are hiring a commercially driven
Head of Sales
to lead and scale a high-growth lighting business across Saudi Arabia.
This role carries full ownership of
revenue performance, market expansion, and strategic account development
across major projects and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the
- national sales strategy
- across projects and distribution
- Lead and scale a
- high-performing sales team
- Build relationships with
- contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders
- Drive the full sales cycle from pipeline creation to
- closing high-value deals
- Ensure strong
- forecasting, pipeline governance, and KPI delivery
- Identify growth opportunities through
- market intelligence and analysis
Requirements
- 10+ years in
- lighting sales within Saudi Arabia
- Experience in a
- Head / Director-level sales role
- Strong background in
- project-based sales
- Deep knowledge of the
- Saudi construction ecosystem
- Proven track record in
- revenue growth and deal closure
