  • Following a period of strong domestic growth, the business is now accelerating its international expansion and is seeking a Head of Sales to lead that charge — owning the commercial strategy, building the enterprise partner network, and delivering measurable growth across priority global markets.
  • ▌ The Role
  • In this role, you will take full ownership of international enterprise sales, leading partner acquisition, commercial performance, and strategic growth across global markets outside India.
  • Lead and grow strategic enterprise partnerships across global markets
  • Drive the acquisition, onboarding, contracting and development of enterprise and distribution partners
  • Own and deliver commercial targets — GMV growth, revenue contribution, and gross margin objectives
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with global and regional demand partners
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Supply, Finance and Leadership teams
  • Act as the internal subject matter expert on enterprise connectivity, API partnerships, and distribution technology
  • Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnership models, and commercial initiatives
  • Represent the business at global industry conferences, trade shows, and partner engagements
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the enterprise sales and account management team
  • Act as a senior ambassador for the business internally and externally
  • ▌ Experience Required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience within a B2B sales role for a hotel distribution business
  • Proven success in an enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership role
  • Strong existing network across regional and global enterprise travel customers and distribution partners
  • Established relationships across the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and/or Europe advantageous
  • Deep understanding of travel distribution, travel technology ecosystems, API connectivity, and commercial optimisation
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic commercial partnerships and delivering measurable revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Previous people management and team leadership experience preferred
  • Entrepreneurial, commercially driven, and motivated by growth and performance outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of autonomy
