A product portfolio you didn't choose, KPIs written in Basel, and doctors across Southern Europe and the Balkans who stopped opening the door to reps three years ago.
We're not hiring for that job.
The portfolio is the opposite of a generic pharma bag:
→ Lab: peptides and custom compounding for private practices that actually want to move the needle on outcomes.
→ Supercell: the AI clinical intelligence platform we ship to physicians.

This is consultative, scientific, door-by-door selling cross-border to physicians who are looking for what we have.
Not chasing prescribers.
Building affiliations through friendship, support, intelligence.
What we're looking for:
→ 5–10 years in medical sales — pharma, biotech, or medical devices — with a real portfolio of relationships in private clinics and physician practices across Southern Europe and/or the Balkans.
→ Either you've led a sales team before, or you're a top IC ready to own one for the first time.
Both work — we care about commercial instinct, not job-title trophies.
→ SaaS sales experience is a strong plus.
Supercell is a software product.
Academy is an education system and community.
We need someone who can sell both the molecule and the platform.
→ A book you can activate from day one.
Real openings, real relationships.
Not a LinkedIn list.
→ Multi-market operator.
You've crossed borders, languages, and regulatory contexts before.
English mandatory.
Italian, Spanish, Greek, Serbo-Croatian, Romanian, or any other Southern European or Balkan language is a strong plus.
→ Scientific literacy: peptides, exosomes, NAD+, biomarkers — not because you read a deck, but because you're genuinely curious about these medicines.
Attia and Huberman are ancient reference points, not buzzwords that “qualify” you.
→ Anti-corporate DNA.
You read a room, you don't need a 14-slide deck to close, and your emails don't look like they were generated by a machine.
→ Personal enthusiasm.
Strong pluses if you live, eat, sleep, breathe and excrete longevity.
