Overview
THA by Armonia is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead our UAE Sales and Account Management function.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, driving revenue growth, developing high-performing teams, and expanding THA's presence.
Key responsibilities
- include:
- Managing the Account Managers and Sales Team in the UAE
- Leading the definition of target clients and projects and assigning the team to these accounts
- Ensuring regular touchpoints in order to build accountability amongst the team
- Establishing a performance management framework for the Sales Team
- Reviewing and approving commissions on a monthly basis
- Leading by example and championing sales holistically with the support of the Leadership Team
- Driving business growth within the events industry, with a particular focus on selling FOH and BOH staffing support services
- Coaching, mentoring, and guiding the work of the team
- Ensuring margins are maintained within THA's profitability objectives
- Providing regular reporting to the CDO on the progress of key accounts, sales activity, and business development opportunities
