Head of Sales – EV Charging Infrastructure (Russian Speaker)
About FOREVO
FOREVO is a fast-growing EV charging infrastructure company based in the UAE, delivering innovative charging solutions for commercial, enterprise, and large-scale infrastructure projects across the region.
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales operations, drive enterprise growth, and build strong client relationships across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead enterprise sales initiatives for EV charging and infrastructure solutions
- Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close large commercial deals
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Implement structured sales processes, reporting systems, and KPI tracking
- Drive pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors, developers, and partners
- Conduct regular sales coaching, performance reviews, and team mentoring
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customized client solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Russian language proficiency is mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales
- Minimum 3+ years in sales leadership or team management
- Strong experience in EV charging infrastructure, energy solutions, electrical systems, or related industries
- Proven track record in solution selling and closing high-value deals
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDIC
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Experience in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
