Head of Sales – EV Charging Infrastructure (Russian Speaker)

About Forevo

FOREVO is a fast-growing EV charging infrastructure company based in the UAE, delivering innovative charging solutions for commercial, enterprise, and large-scale infrastructure projects across the region.

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our B2B sales operations, drive enterprise growth, and build strong client relationships across the UAE and GCC markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives for EV charging and infrastructure solutions
  • Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close large commercial deals
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Implement structured sales processes, reporting systems, and KPI tracking
  • Drive pipeline management and accurate sales forecasting
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, clients, contractors, developers, and partners
  • Conduct regular sales coaching, performance reviews, and team mentoring
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customized client solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Russian language proficiency is mandatory
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales
  • Minimum 3+ years in sales leadership or team management
  • Strong experience in EV charging infrastructure, energy solutions, electrical systems, or related industries
  • Proven track record in solution selling and closing high-value deals
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or MEDDIC
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Experience in UAE/GCC market is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
