- Head of Sales – B2B Broker Acquisition to build, scale, and activate:
- 1,000,000+ brokers, channel partners, wealth advisors, and distribution partners globally.
- This is not a traditional sales role.
- This is an opportunity to build:
- One of the world’s largest real estate distribution & broker ecosystems.
- The role will focus on:
- Broker acquisition
- Channel partner expansion
- Revenue growth
- Inventory distribution
- Relationship management
- Strategic ecosystem building
- You will lead the complete broker growth ecosystem including:
- Broker onboarding
- Partner engagement
- Channel sales expansion
- Distribution scaling
- Strategic alliances
- Market expansion across UAE, India & global investor corridors

Broker Acquisition & Expansion
- Build and scale broker networks across UAE & India
- Onboard brokers, channel partners & wealth advisors
- Expand city-wise and region-wise distribution
Revenue & Sales Growth
- Drive inventory sales through broker ecosystems
- Scale revenue through channel partnerships
- Improve partner productivity and closures
Broker Activation & Engagement
- Conduct broker meets, activations & webinars
- Build referral and loyalty programs
- Ensure active broker participation and sales
Relationship Management
- Build long-term broker & developer relationships
- Create strategic alliances across markets
- Manage high-value channel partnerships
Leadership & Team Building
Lead and manage:
