Role overview
The full-time, on-site Head of Sales role is based at the company’s Dubai office.
The role leads sales strategy and revenue growth across the IT solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the sales team; oversee key accounts and vendor relationships and build senior-level client relationships.
- Identify opportunities in target markets and collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams on proposals and go-to-market plans.
- Support customer satisfaction and retention; monitor performance metrics and prepare forecasts and reports.
- Contribute to strategic decisions that support sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong sales-management skills and a record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams; analytical ability to interpret market trends, sales data, and customer insights.
- Extensive B2B technology or IT product and services sales experience in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and align sales activity with strategic goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Regional or multinational leadership experience is an advantage.
