Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Head to oversee and manage operations across all our retail outlets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading store teams, optimizing performance, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth overall operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all retail stores across Saudi Arabia
- Manage, train, and supervise store staff to ensure high performance
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of retail teams
- Ensure excellent customer service standards across all outlets
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and product availability
- Develop and maintain efficient retail systems and processes
- Coordinate with management on business growth and expansion plans
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained
- Handle operational challenges and provide effective solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management
- Strong background in women’s clothing retail preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong understanding of inventory and retail operations systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must hold a valid passport and be willing to relocate
